We established this company in 2021 to address the environmental and energy issues in the rapidly growing secondary battery industry.

In the future, the advancement of industries will require research and development focusing on energy and the environment, automated manufacturing, carbon neutrality, and the realization of a circular economy.

In 2024, the full-scale construction of the Pilot Plant for the
world's first direct recycling technology has commenced.

In 2025, we will implement a direct recycling automation plant with a capacity of 100MWh (200 tons), followed by a 1GWh (2,000 tons) facility in 2026, leading the secondary battery recycling industry.

We will strive for research and development to achieve a circular economy throughout the life cycle, considering LCA, including the synthesis, remanufacturing, reuse, and recycling of eco-friendly secondary battery materials that can overcome various environmental regulations.
